experience in inspection, marine survey, and consultation within major local and international shipyards. He is accustomed to providing professional regulatory consultations with shipyards, vessel owners, design engineers and machinery manufacturers within the maritime industry.

Ric has demonstrated track record of quality work and project management, as well as proven strategic planning expertise and dynamic leadership, resulting in efficient operation of organizational programs.

• Certified by the Towing Vessel Inspection Bureau (TVIB) to conduct third

party and internal audits of companies and vessels participating in the
AWO’s Responsible Carrier Program.

 

• Certified ISO 9001 / 14001 Lead Auditor capable of conducting Internal Audits of Quality and Environmental Management Systems

Senior Marine Inspector

• 10 years commercial vessel construction and repair inspection for the U.S.

Coast Guard.

 

• Fully qualified and experienced deck, machinery and hull marine

inspector.

 

•  Expertise includes the application and management of vessel inspection

programs encompassing Coast Guard regulations, industry standards,
international treaties, classification society requirements, alternative
compliance programs and regulatory design review procedures.

 

• Personnel management skills guiding, training and evaluating up to 20
